What if I cancel before you start?
If you cancel before work starts, we refund your first month in full. Months already paid aren't refunded.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
When the plan ends, you can keep your site by paying the $1,500 Launch Site price and moving to the $99 monthly care plan. Otherwise, we take the site offline. Your domain name and the words and photos you gave us stay yours.
When is missed-call text-back ready?
It's coming soon, and it's part of the plan. We'll turn it on for you when it's ready.
