Refunds and cancellation

We keep this simple. Here is what happens if you change your mind.

Launch Site: full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once work starts, the $1,500 isn't refundable, but you keep everything we've delivered. The $99 monthly care plan can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the current month.

Site + Leads plan: no long-term contract. If you cancel before work starts, we refund your first month in full. After that, you can cancel anytime and the plan stops at the end of the current month. Months already paid aren't refunded. When the plan ends, you can keep your site by paying the $1,500 Launch Site price and moving to the $99 monthly care plan. Otherwise, we take the site offline. Your domain name and the words and photos you gave us stay yours.

AI Automation Sprint: full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once work starts, the $2,500 isn't refundable, but you keep everything we've delivered. The optional $300 monthly plan to run it can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the current month.

AI Consulting Block: full refund if you cancel before your first session. Once your first session starts, the $250 isn't refundable. Use your 5 hours within 7 days of your first session; hours left after that expire.
